Join the Blue Water Response Team, a rapid response statewide volunteer network under the Sierra Club, Hawai'i Chapter's Blue Water Campaign. Learn about Hawaii's water quality issues, the effects of land-based pollution and receive free training on how to spot and document potential water violations.

Mahalo to those who participated in and supported the Blue Water Campaign's involvement in the 2006 HAWAII OCEAN SPORTS EXPO (February 4 & 5 at the Hawai`i Convention Center). This includes the HI Expo event organizers, Island Paddler (Kapahulu and Kailua stores), Kailua Sailboard and Kayak, Snorkel Bob's, Twogood Kayaks, fundraiser ticket buyers, and our event volunteers.
This international event focused on worldwide water recreation while promoting local marine conservation efforts. This was a worthy event in many ways for the Blue Water Campaign, as we garnered new interested volunteers, raised funds through product and ticket sales, and shared educational materials on water pollution and our efforts to protect Hawaii's water with expo attendees.
