KAHALUU, O`AHU - MAY 21, 2005

Site prior to May 21st - you can see the exposed dirt and graded & grubbed land.

Runoff at the site during heavy rains.

Following the torrent of muddy runoff away from the site into a nearby rain-carved stream.

Still flowing and still following the muddy runoff.

As all streams do, this one empties out in waters off of Kahaluu.

Though the runoff traveled a great distance and most likely picked up more debris and mud along the way, much of the brown seen here entering the ocean can probably be attributed to the runoff from the site.
