Voting opens on November 1, 2009 and all ballots must be received by Tues., December 1, 2009.
WHAT DOES THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE DO?
The Executive Committee establishes O'ahu Group policies, coordinates activities, sets the annual O`ahu Group budget, raises funds, recruits members, makes political endorsements and works on conservation issues.
RULES OF VOTING

You must be a current Sierra Club O`ahu Group member.

You may vote only once. Additional ballots from a single member will not be counted.

You may vote for no more than 3 candidates.

More than one qualified voter may cast a vote from the same IP address.

As mandated by our By Laws, voting is by secret ballot.

Membership status of each voter will be verified prior to tallying each vote.
All ballots are kept confidential -- we will verify membership status first, delete the identifying information, then aggregate the voting results.

HOW DO I VOTE?
PAPER BALLOT
You will receive, by mail a pre-addressed paper ballot the week of November 1st containing instructions and candidate statements. If you have not received a ballot by November 5 and you wish to vote my mail, please call #808-538-6616 to request that one be sent to you.
ONLINE VOTING
